Chart Zoom is written for healthcare IT and operations teams — the people who have to integrate the system, keep it up, and answer for it when it is slow, down, or wrong.
We publish structured, vendor-neutral evaluation criteria rather than star ratings, because a demo tells you almost nothing about interface behaviour, data quality after migration, or how a vendor responds at 2am. Where it matters we go into the specifics: HL7 and FHIR, TEFCA and information blocking, uptime and escalation, and the post-go-live validation most projects skip.
